Bible Reading Plan 2025
This year we are reading through the Bible together to continue to develop the habit of regularly being in God's Word.
We have decided to use the Five Day Bible Reading Plan from Fivedaybiblereading.com. Copies of this plan are attached and linked here or they can be viewed at the website listed. http://fivedaybiblereading.com

As you view the plan, there are three options to choose from:
All plans are designed for 5 days per week, as the name suggests. This means that if you miss a day or two because life gets in the way, then you will have 2 days each week that you can use for making up days. This will hopefully lead to a more sustainable plan for longevity and true habit building.
- Read through the Whole Plan - This will take you through the Bible in a year in chronological order, so even if it feels as though it jumps around slightly, it is doing that to take you through the timeline consecutively. While this is an awesome thing to do, our plan is to do this as a church in 2026 as this will be a large commitment. If you currently don't have a Bible reading habit developed, I would encourage one of the next two options.
- Read through the New Testament - Everyday will have selections from the Old Testament and New Testament. If this is new for you, I would encourage you to just take a few minutes, five days per week and only read the New Testament passages this year. This plan will take you through the entire New Testament and could be less overwhelming to some.
- Read through the New Testament and Psalms/Proverbs Selections - Similarly you could do option 2 above but also read through the Psalms and Proverbs passages only. This is more than Option 2 and less than Option 1, and for some may be juuust right.
