Josh Martin has been married to his wife Janell since 2004, and they have four children. Josh has been a church planter in CA, AZ, and MT and has been walking with the Lord for over 25 years. Josh's teaching and vision for the church is one that is passionate about making disciples of depth, with a focus on the Gospel and living in the power of the Holy Spirit. This focus will lead to what you will commonly hear around Dove Creek, that all of life is all for Christ. 

Pastor Blevins has been married to his bride Stacie for over 24 years. They met in high school and later started dating in college. David and Stacie have two kids, Brayden and Josie. David has a heart for the lost and a strong desire to shepherd and care for God’s flock. David’s favorite bible verse is Mathew 16:16 where Peter states “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God”. David’s heart is to make Mathew 16:16 known through preaching the Word, caring for the flock and reaching the lost through outreach.

Pastor Jeff Harrington and his wife Kelly have been married since 1979 and have two adult children, Jake and Zach. Jeff recently retired from the Kern County Probation Department where he worked for twenty-nine years before becoming a full-time pastor. Jeff combines real life experience with biblical truth, humor and practical life application to create a message that is relevant and easy to understand and which is devoid of rules-based, guilt-driven religion. His desire is for Dove Creek Bible Church to showcase the freedom of a grace-based relationship with Christ.

Josiah has been involved with Dove Creek Bible Church for the past few years volunteering on the worship team, and with the youth group. Before going to Dove Creek he volunteered with the high school, junior high, and elementary school programs at First Presbyterian Church of Bakersfield. He spent the year of 2022 receiving training through Youth With A Mission in Salem, Oregon. Now he feels led back to Kern County to grow in his faith and encourage fellow believers in their faith, as well as sharing the love of Jesus with nonbelievers. He has a passion for serving Jesus, and seeing people grow in their identity as children of God.

Juan Andrade is a guitarist, music director, and educator based in Bakersfield, California. He has been an active member of the California music scene for over 15 years and has been an avid instructor in church music programs for ten years. Juan believes that worship is an essential part of the Christian walk. He believes that the Church should worship in everything that they do; not just through music.

Kati has been married to her awesome husband Matt since 2007, and is mother to 4 wonderful crazy kids! She is excited to be leading our Kids Creek family in showing all the amazing kids who come through our door every Sunday the heart of who God is, and how much our savior Jesus loves each of them! “Children are a gift from the Lord, they are a reward from Him” – Psalm 127:3
